On behalf of everyone at Castillo Service, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19 — this includes not only those diagnosed with the virus, but also their friends and family, those whose jobs and schools have been impacted. Our focus is, as always, on the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities.
Due to new safety requirements, as outlined by Austin Energy, we will be required for prevarication and inspection of new installations to handle them remotely. We are also being required to get a verbal confirmation that no one has been diagnosed or has symptoms of the virus for the safety of our technicians.
